Norwegian has won more games away at Big Six opposition (three in three matches) than the Portuguese ever did as United manager (two in 14 matches).

Team to play Liverpool: De Gea, Young, Lindelof, Smalling, Shaw, Herrera, McTominay, Pogba, Mata, Lukaku, Rashford

Subs: Romero, Bailly, Sanchez, Lingard, Pereira, Fred, Dalot

"There are loads of Liverpool fans back home and it has been like: every year is going to be their year. Then it gets to October and it's: 'Ok, next year'," he said.

"But now they are in the race so for them it is going to be an exciting finish to the league now they are in it.

"That is none of our concern. We just have to concentrate on ourselves.

"We are not thinking about doing anyone any favours, but I would think the whole of Manchester will be supporting us on Sunday!"

Ole, we want you to stay

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer set a new record points haul for a manager in their first 10 Premier League matches after Manchester United's 0-0 home draw with Liverpool took him on to 26.

Solskjaer became United's interim manager in December, replacing Jose Mourinho after a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool.

The Norwegian swiftly instilled a more attack-minded approach and United have remained unbeaten in the Premier League since he took over.

Mourinho would have beaten us 1-0 today. I stand by my comment.

b)

I would've taken a draw before the game, but now I'm a bit disappointing we didn't push for the win more, as despite having 4 players injured in the first half, Liverpool never looked like scoring - their midfield is absolutely dreadful.
