Of course they are, but you aren't thinking long term. Many managers come in and get a positive impact straight away, that's one of the main reasons why the rate at which managers are sacked is so high.
After the honeymoon period ends, there will be a big emphasis on recruitment, tactics and experience. Solskjaer wouldn't attract the best players, hasn't proven himself a tactician yet, and has no experience at a top club or won big trophies as a manager. Maybe I'm wrong and he's the best thing since sliced bread, but history says otherwise and as a rival fan I'd be much happier with Solskjaer managing United than a Zidane or Allegri.
