CDMTrue, I like Matic for his attitude and leadership on the pitch, but he's extremely immobile which isn't necessary a bad thing if you've got vision and technique, but he needs one look around him before he receives the pass, another as he traps the ball and another one before he before he makes the pass - top class deep lying midfielders need just fraction of a second to know what they're gonna do with the ball before they receive it.
