Problem? Are you one of the people that rate him but don't actually watch him?

He's not slow by any means. He is one of the most lethal finishers in the game. You can't judge him for his bad season at PSG where Ibra forced him out wide. He's a lethal as Suarez, he just isn't the facilitator Suarez is, Cavani is a pure 9, good in the air, strong, can shoot from anywhere with both feet, work horse etc etc

You might want to ask yourself the same question.

He just hasn't shown me any of those qualities you just mentioned. Suarez is worlds better than cavani..I honestly could think of 10 forwards I would pick before cavani

I watched him for Uruguay constantly during the South American qualifiers, as well as at Napoli when City was linked with him. I was really impressed by what I saw.

And yeah Suarez is better, I agree, he's overall a better player, but as a pure goal scorer they're much closer.

See I thought he was quite terrible for Uruguay.. I watched them a lot because of Suarez. I just feel that anything over 30 mil is a vast overpay. I really hope he comes to the prem so we can see. Just my honest opinion.
