Yeah, but like for 4th spot tops when they have a really good season. I'd certainly rate Leverkusen higher and imo Dortmund signing players from them would make a fairer comparison to Bayern feeding on Dortmund.

well on the one hand you gotta compare the teams as potential threats like zarkadon said. and as a gladbach fan myself i see ourselfves nowhere near dortmund even though we are underperforming and we got a good team.

then again i think the main reason why people argue that bayern is buying the league is because a lot of the players they buy from potential threats are warming their bench and waste their careers eventually.

i knew we couldn't keep reus, though i would have liked him to stay one more year, but i was glad that he joined dortmund and not bayern because i knew he would definitively be getting a lot of time on the pitch there and would be a guaranteed player of the first team.

i'm not mad at dahoud for leaving either because i think we got a new great talent in laszlo benes for that position. the only thing that bothers me though is the price that dortmund paid for dahoud and reus. its just a little bit more than 30m for both players...thats a joke

just bayern "fans" comparing 28 year old turkish international ömer toprak, who's having his second consecutive mediocre season (after an admittedly very strong 14/15 season), to world class defender mats hummels - looks like they are quite butthurt about ppl correctly pointing out how bayern constantly buys dortmund's best players...

meanwhile you are comparing players when the discussion is signing key players from the competition
