Jose is right mostly.

He is not pep. Pep is not Jose as well.
Give pep a team like inter or porto he isnt going to turn them into european champions.
Give jose a team like united or rm , he cannot make them play like how pep makes his teams play.
But if we want jose to play like how united plays under saf, then give him time. Let him win the league his way. make his job secure. feed his ego. then after, im sure he'll try to be more offensive with his approach. if not, sack him.
