with the addition of alexis, jose has to play alexis every game. he then has to decide to keep his inform players like jesse and anthony, play one of them out of position, or put alexis on the right or drop 1 of jesse or anthony and put tree/ herrera to compliment matic + pogs
since jose has gone with the former, both pogs and matic are having to cover and recover big spaces which was so evident on the spurs game. the newcastle game was just another unlucky game and conceding 's' goals.
jose dropping and subbing pogs is a sure fire way to ignite something. is pogs unable to adapt to jose's demands after alexis' addition into the team?

personally for me, 2 options.
drop jesse and put in tree or herrera. only benefit jesse has when he plays is that he is willing to drop very deep and recover balls to start attacking again.
go 4-4-2 and fuck the rest. alexis on left, mata on right. anthony + rom upfront.

What's happening to Rashford btw? Haven't seen him alot

from what i've seen mourinho is not what he was before looking at how united plays and how the young players are developing its going horribly

yes lingard scored goals and played well but hes not a #10 hes a roaming CF best way i can put it he plays everywhere and is positioning is good fills the space well

don't get this whole link between transfer fee and position. There's no correlation at all. By that logic Neymar should be able to play LB perfectly fine because he's 200m. Pogba is an attacking midfielder and that's how he's played for most of his career. It's like expecting someone to use a hammer to cut grass - you've got to play him in a system that helps him get forward and not play CDM with Matic (i.e. play a 4-3-3).

U cant always find players like gerrard who can do it all...pogba had insurance of vidal n pirlo and then pogba played on the left of the 3 man midfield he was able to operate the way he likes

basicly let him free roam at a CAM position if mourinho does not want to play herrera then get another Cm/CDM this summer

we have no RW still martial is not a RW he was actually starting to enjoy his game and be really good at LW hes young also
