ok i see, that explains why we even had a chance to sign him. i'm still positive about the possible transfer. he's young enough to recover from a bad season and develop into a great player, and i think we can create an environment for him to feel welcome and regain his confidence - he'll get plenty of chances to prove himself while playing in a team that works collectively to defend and make up for individual mistakes... thanks for your input.
