jo habs grad nochma in ruhe angeguckt. die handballaktion von ronaldo war doch kurz vorm 16er, dann eben gelb + neuer freistoß
die wrestlingaktion gegen auba ist trotzdem ein 11er
man stelle sich das drama vor, ronaldo oder benzema wären so zu boden gezerrt worden

letzten 10min imo, da wird auba von carvajal umgerissen

mhm irgendwann mitte der 2. Hz meine ich.

habs leider bei sky in den highlights nicht gefunden. war, wenn ich mich recht erinnere, ein angriff über rechts. flanke sollte in 16er kommen, wo auba umgerissen wurde. da der ball aber im flug geklärt wurde, glaub zu einer ecke, hatte der schiri die szene nicht im blick und auba hat, ähnlich wie schmelzer nach dem tritt durch ronaldo, kein theater gemacht. von daher wurde der szene kaum beachtung geschänkt.

this is what makes it so infuriating in my opinion because it proves that acting and swarming the ref almost exclusively have positive effects.
not just terrible refs but UEFA itself, should they decide NOT to punish cronaldo (which i fully expect), therefore indirectly encourage this kind of behaviour.

not only should cronaldo have been sent off at this point, making it impossible for him to contributed to real's 2nd goal, we also know exactly what would have happened if the tables were turned and schmelzer had kicked ronaldo like that: he would have screamed and rolled on the floor like his leg had been chopped off and the whole team would have swarmed the ref, urging him to punish his opponent. isn't it disgusting when you're effectively being punished for acting like a man?

the video ref cant come early enough, he takes one look at the scene and penaldo is under the shower

Refs are partially standing next to star players doing such shit (Ribéry for instance)
I haven't seen Ribéry getting sent off though
As Fender says there also is a special treatment by UEFA afterwards (basically video ref but More Time)
Why would a video ref make a change?
