hey Im not saying that stopping play for evans was a mistake but if you break up an attack due to a non-head injury ( seeing as it is only obligatory to stop play for an injury if it is a head injury ) on one end you have to be consistant and do the same for both teams. Especially if the time elapsed since he went down and the goal was so long.
--> similar situation on both ends yet at one end play is stopped and at the other it isnt. sure a 3 vs 2 makes it easier to blow the wistle but the amount of time pienaar was down is also just cause..
