Latest transfer rumours:

Ins:

Emre Can
Dejan Lovren and Adam Lallana
James Milner
William Carvalho
Xherdan Shaqiri
Alexis Sanchez
Javier Masherano
Matija Nastasic

Outs:
Assaidi to Stoke
Suarez to Real

Mascherano is too similar to Lucas, if he is better then it is very marginal.

Lallana deal has been done to perfection, 25m take it leave it is the most we can do.

Lambert is a really good addition to the team for premier league games imo.

Lovren is the most important signing in my eyes and he is worth it. We need a good centre back, maybe 2 if Agger goes.

Milner will probably go to Arsenal or abroad.

Shaqiri Sanchez and Pedro are a tad optimistic. Qualifying for champions league 1 season would not make these types of players want to come to Anfield unless they are forced out of their club.

I'm actually a bit scared of splashing too much on Lallana since he could easily be the next downing/Carroll (high transfer english players) considered it is not long ago since he was in league 1/championship and when it is not even sure if he is better than Coutinho/Sterling.

I'd much rather see us spending on Shaqiri who I imagine would cost us the same, perhaps a few millions more, but he is simply class and 2-3 years younger

Shaqiri is cheaper at like 15-18m I think. I'd forget about Lallana aswell now.

Shaqiri is definitely a great talent.

But the issue is, can he adapt to the Premier League? I'd rather Lallana for that very reason. Sure he's only had one good season in this league, and we definitely want to avoid an Andy Carroll situation, but with Adam, we've got a player that looks like he can fit into the style we play, and has shown that he can cut it in the league. He's been called to the World Cup, and is still relatively young and just hitting his prime.
