Yeah but the guy wanted a raise and Atlético was willing to deliver and use it as a chance of raising his release clause.

smalldini on his way out of the club, excellence must be in tears
He's been so poor this season, probably our worst defender, even worse than Jones.

Think he looked good under Van Gaal only due to Van Gaal's anti attack approach.

The attacking play has improved a lot under Jose, last season we went 11 games in a row without scoring in the first half at home.

Griezmann has thrown more wood into the fire today. He said that he can chose to play pretty much anywhere wants, and that he's determined to play next season somewhere where he has the chance to win titles consistently.

He said that he feels ready to go if he so wishes and that he will decide in a couple of weeks after talking with Atlético to know if the club has any plans, but that right now he feels that Atlético needs something more to consistently compete for titles.

I'm not sure Utd is the best place to go in order to win titles, but he definitely does have a better chance at winning domestic trophies if he doesn't have to compete against Madrid or Barça.

Spain: Barca-Real
Germany: Bayern or dont go
Italy: Juve or dont go
England: United, Chelsea, City

Pretty limited choices, so it should be easy considering his goal imo.

a.madrid will not sell him to real barca. he can go to psg, bayern and juve but he will be bored af since its a 1 team beating the rest silly league.
Only realistic choice is england. and in england, only united can afford his 87m pound release clause and wages.
