Just been stood talking to Patrick Bamford, Jelle Vossen and George Friend outside a church in my local town... Amazing guys, all 3... They are all looking forward to the weekend and Bamford has something to prove as well :p

OL - PSG

OL are 1-0 ahead, PSG get a pen, ibra misses but pen needs to be retaken -> ibra scores.

Disgraceful

Valery Karpin has finally been sacked :D

He has been replaces with Miquel Soler. Soler was our manager during preseason, but he was sacked and replaced with Karpin when it looked like the club was going to be bought by a third party player ownership investment group, that was backed by some russians that wanted Karpin in charge.

I said back in the day that I wasn't a big fan of Soler, as the only thing on his managerial record is two reegations with Mallorca's B-team... still, I doubt he can be worse than Karpin, and we can't afford any better manager atm anyway because we've spent quite a bit during this transfer window and Karpin's salary was one of the highest in Segunda (so he's getting a generous compensation for being sacked).

Well Boro are away to Blackpool today, and promotion rivals Bournmouth and Derby play each other. With 1 point seperating Boro from the other 2 teams, whatever happens, IF Boro win, we gain a place and go in to the automatic promotion zones. If the other 2 draw together, and we win, we are rightfully top of the league... We have had some strange refereeing decisions that have cost us 4 points at least in the dying minutes of a couple of games this seasons, which would mean we would be top anyways... Example below...

Check the last bit of that and see what I mean... Foul on our keeper in added time to get a draw and lose us 2 points

You will be in agreement with me then that we dominated them all game, and if it wasn't for Eastwood in goal, they would have lost it miserably, then to see Clattenbergs awful decision at the end throw the game for us :P People don't really see my view when I say that Boro should be top of the league right now xD
