It's the refs call to make, something that isn't in the guidelines, when there is advantage taken from the action.

Therefor the call is justified since he managed to take advantage from it to score a goal.

As i said, the pitch is shit.

Masche slipped.
Neymoore repeatedly slipped.

refs make wrong calls all the time, that doesn't justify their incorrect decisions, just BECAUSE they make them

I'm saying it's justified since he took advantage from it.

The ref made a good call here, he didn't go strictly on what the book says but went in the spirit of the game.
