Richest team in England happy with a 0-0 against their bitter rivals with 1 shot on target in 90minutes smh.

And they say English football isn't dead.

Could you please provide a definition of rich?

and the top 2 or top 3 teams in loliga spams 6 or 7 goals against farmer teams on a weekly basis.
If english football becomes like this, then it is truly dead

Ah yes, comparing two of the best teams in England to the best of Spain vs farmers.

Perfect.

not at all. Spanish loliga, a league where 1, 2 or 3 teams thrash everyone else.

english league, competitive league where anyone can beat anyone. whether your team spends 300m or 3m a season. a single 0-0 draw between the biggest club in the world and scouse cants will not be the death of it

the thing is that those spanish top teams would also thrash the prem
do you really think barca would not obliterate teams like burnley and stoke who have never heard of defending as a team?

competitive.....yes since the big english teams havent exactly improved over the last years and allowed mighty leicester to rape the league by 10 points

Yeah they would struggle many games in the prem.... By the time January hits players like messi and Neymar will be totally fucked over and exhausted.

There isn't a team in the Prem that wouldn't take a draw if offered before the game at Anfield.

Getting a draw is fine but playing for a draw is a bit different. At least try to win

That isn't what it's about at all. It's about how playing boring and dull defensive football has become acceptable to the supporters of what once was one of the most exciting teams in world football.

No matter how much money is in the league, or how many "upsets" there are, accepting mediocrity will be the death of this league.
