Funny how you still cannot see that the level of football played in Dortmund currently is lightyears above everything Chelsea has EVER done to this point, even while winning PL (laughable anyways for the last 3-4 years) or European competitions...
Also funny how you just add Chelsea to your list of clubs Dortmund would sell players to when in fact any BVB player good enough would simply forego Chelsea to directly jump to a bigger club like Bayern, Real or Barcelona.
Chelsea is much closer to Dortmund's level of attractivity than it is to Barca, Bayern or Real's. Those 3 are basically a league of their own with the likes of Chelsea, City, United, Dortmund, Arsenal, Atletico, Juventus and still even PSG just being second tier.
Right now, any player given the choice would definitely ignore Chelsea alltogether in favor of Barca, Real & Bayern... Juventus not so much as Serie A simply is lacking lots of areas, including attendance (not that great to play in front of half-empty stadiums all the time) and also the security of payments... if it wasn't for that, even Juventus would be > Chelsea clearly.
