come on
there were not many reasons for götze, kagawa, lewy to leave in the first place. they would still have a powerhouse in europe right now, if no1 ever left the club. you think anyone would have left if BVB could have matched the highest wages on the market? you think Dortmund is/was capable of paying Götze 15 mill a year?
in the end its always about $$$, dont be ridiculous. red bull won't go down that easily, if the crazy austrian goes all in. would certainly be funny to see, if mateschitz pays city or paris salaries 1 day. lets see if the players like munich that much
you make a good point there, lewa, götze and hummels could earn even more in england....but they prefered bayern over fighting relegation with chelsea
watzke himself said that their wages are rising and dortmund matched bayerns offer in terms of wages for hummels, but was turned down
so he could go to england for even more money or stay for pretty much the same......
€€€ is of course important, but if that was all even bayern could not hold their players

my boy müller turned down 20mio a year from united
and if a guy really wants to leave for 1mio more a year....good riddance then
concerning that red bull guy and leipzig
they could invest 100+mio this summer and still not even close to bvb and bayern

compared to other top teams dortmund paying much less wages:(
do you know how much reus earns per year? im not 100% sure but i think 4 mio or something.. bayern would pay twice.
i think money is the main reason why gundogan leaves.. its also hard to say why gotze left.. maybe it was money.
just googled a bit and reus seems to be in the 6mio area AT LEAST
quite alright if you ask me
in the end you will have to pay a bit more so secure the top players
