you bet your ass they would DIE to sign a worldclass defender like boateng or hummels, haters gonna hate though...
concerning philipp, interesting transfer indeed - i'll have to watch some footage. i can't say i could confidently evaluate him as a player to be honest.
although i rather like freiburg (their philosophy, their youth academy, their manager...), i haven't followed them that closely - despite their surprisingly good season.
20 million is a lot though and quite a risk imo. also, dortmund already has a lot of talented young wingers (dembele, pulisic, mor) in addition to their more experienced ones like reus and schürrle.
for a pure backup striker he's certainly too expensive, and as a replacement for aubameyang he can't possibly be good enough. maybe a dortmund / freiburg fan can enlighten us, so far it doesn't make too much sense to me but i obviously don't know who will leave the club for sure.
well, i've been wrong before with rather expensive players coming from small clubs (i though gündogan would turn out to be just another rando midfielder while in fact he's outstanding - when he's not injured) - let's hope philipp will turn out to be a positive surprise as well...
i like freiburg as well, but next season will be hard for them, losing their best players and extra el games
they will fight relegation again
for dortmund the transfer only makes sense if someone leaves, someone of their attacking mids will be leaving i guess, pulisic or mor maybe?
he is too expensive to be a placeholder for reus
the (most likely) new coach has worked successfully with talented players so why not

I've only heard good things about Tolisso. He was linked to Sevilla, Valencia and Atlético at some point. Don't know if he's Bayern material or not, but he has been doing well for OL.
i see ^^
not really sure if thats the kind of transfer i want for bayern tbh xd
we need something serious to kick your ass next season
