I do believe in a couple years United-chelsea-liverpool will all have dominant teams or as good as barca.

Spanish league has 3 teams who are better than ANY PL team.
German league has 2 teams who are better than ANY PL team.
Even France managed to get at least one team who is better than ANY PL team.

PL has a lot of teams who are above average, mainly due to money ofc, but they still do not have a single serious contender for CL.
