have to agree. that's what the rule says. however, you could argue (and that's one of the ref guidelines, it's not in the rule book) the way he positioned his hand was unnatural and gave him an advantage. then disallowing the goal would be ok. overall a 50 / 50 decision imo...

neymars 'intention' (which is in the rule) is to head the ball cleanly - not head it onto his hand to gain an advantage

100s of other accidental non intentional handballs resulted in goals or advantages and were not called fouls because of the rule itself. I'm not arguing if the handball helped him or not. The rule itself, is clear and you can go read it over and over if you want

And I'm totally ok wit the call itself. I'm just stating the rules in the Fifa book.
