Mate he plays 2-3 strikers every game, they just plays them as RB/LBs and then get yelled at for not defending.

This... although I wouldn't really label Mourinho as a highly defensive manager for the most part. It's just against the strongest oppositions that he parks the bus; in most league games his teams are quite offensive-minded.
