I'm comparing one main attacking player to another.

It's all well and good saying he's young and got potential but that hasn't saved Van gaal's job has it?

He wasn't ready to be the main striker which means he's a flop.

Helping future managers out doesn't help the current one. :wacko:

Not even a proven striker could have saved Van Gaal. He fucked it up himself, just like Mourinho did at Chelsea.

The trouble didn't lie in the striker position for United, Martial is anything but a flop.

Good start, faded throughout the season to his deserved nomark status from before his big name move. In front of Rashford, which is really lol.

Plus he isn't a striker to win you a league. Its an embarassment to compare him with Henry/Persie or if you wish Ruud.
