Not long ago Russia was neigbouring West Germoney

I'm ok with Russia being in Europe. Most of their population is to the west of the Urals, plus they expanded from Europe to the east (not form Asia to the west, like Turkey).

Turkey, Israel, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kazakhstan shouldn't be UEFA members imo.

Until Russia move out of Ukraine they shouldnt be allowed to participate. Why can a country receive political sanctions but not sporting sanctions for the same reason?

I know, but it's not an excuse. They can be put in qualifyng groups where they won't have to face countries that refuse to play against them, just like Russia doesn't play against Ukraine and Georgia, or Spain against Gibraltar.
