on topic: i still think premier league is stronger than primera division but i agree that they didn't quite have the success in terms of titles. much like the german national team - performed very well in several tournaments but didn't quite win it... and la liga is catching up quickly but we'll see what financial fairplay brings. i really hope it will help to balance the competition. but i have a strange feeling that clubs like barça, madrid, united and city will weasle their way out somehow... too much influence imo...

Premier League fanboys acting big after ONE lucky win, when their best teams got raped in Champions league and Europa League by mediocre teams like Basel and Bilbao. :rofl:

Wait until next week, there will be a Spanish Champions league final and a Spanish Europa League final! ;)



La Liga will win the Cups, take over the #1 spot in UEFA rankings again and build up a new generation of excellent Spanish youth players while Premier League can gloat about the number of CL quarter and semi finalists they had several years ago, buy foreign stars for foreign oil money and cripple England's slim chances of winning anything in the near future in the process.
