I'm not saying it's right; but knowing Neymar's weakness is how soft he is in tackles, and how it gets to him mentally; wouldn't you do the same thing if you were playing against/covering him?

He already has possession, and knowing his foot skills in comparison to someone from Serbia, doesn't it make perfect sense for you to foul him?

Yeah it sucks, but your team-mates and you need to stick up for yourselves. Go into tackles harder and leave a message. That, and if he slowed down on his flops more, people probably wouldn't foul him as much.
