Barnet Football Club, also known as The Bees, took all the three points in an away game against Gateshead today.
It was a very important match for us and happily we took lead fast and also secure it by leading 2-0 in '7 min through Weston and Villa goals; we managed to keep the result until end and conceal a great win.
It's been a good season and we hope that we can keep the lead until the end and promote to "League Two". Pretty sure it will be a hell of a fight but we will struggle for every point and do our best to stay on top.

1 post and opting for Barnet? Could have picked something more original imho

Conference Premier and the Championship are easily 2 of the hardest leagues to get promoted from! Always a surprise around the corner! I wish you as much luck as I with the mighty Boro!

Thanks, we'll need luck on our side to be able to accomplish our task this season.

Sorry but i had the comment in my signature from the moment i created the account here on forums and that would be almost 24hrs ago. And why should i opt for something else instead of Barnet as first post around since it is the only thing that interests me now ? Not sure if i got your remark right but i feel some irony in your words.

Well i post in the right place i think - the football forums - and probably i will make more posts in here in future.
I am not playing games too much as i reached an age where gaming ain't everything anymore as it was in childhood.

Mallorca will be playing away against UE Llagostera tomorrow.

Llagostera has spent the vast majority of their history in the deepest catacombs of the spanish football pyramid. In the late 90s they were playing in the 9th level, and 5 years ago they were celebrating their first ever promotion to the 4th level. It should also be noted that their town (Llagostera), with apopulation of 8k people, is the smallest to ever have a team in the top 2 levels of spanish football. Their stadium is still regional-tier worthy, so they have to play their home games  in a neighbouring city.

It's really, really crazy to see them all the way up in Segunda. They promoted last season after winning their group, where all the leading teams were awfully inconsistent and there was a lot of shifting in the top positions; they took the lead in the last week of the season.

And apparently they don't have amazingly rich owners, they've just been doing a really good job.

Obviously, they have by far the lowest budget in the league and they are expected to relegate.... however they've been doing well so far and are currently 1 point above the relegation zone.

We have lost all their away games so far, but I hope we can finally break the streak and win our second consecutive game of the season.

Llagostera 1 - 4 Mallorca

Finaly a solid performance and our first 3 points away from home! It definetely does look like it's going to be a long season for Llagostera, they played pretty well in the first half, but as the game progressed the difference in quality between both sides became too big for them to handle.

Nice mate :) Hopefully your guys get a lift from it!

We are away to Wolves tomorrow, who started the season really well. We are still unbeaten since the Liverpool game, and were already on an unbeaten run before that, so hopefully we can maintain it. Currently sitting 3rd in the league, and the bookies have tipped us second favourites now to win the league. Aitor Karanka has been a revalation here at Middlesbrough and the signings are really working well together.

So much so that the likes of Jelle Vossen is sometimes struggling to get in to the team! We have mass strength in depth, so if we have an injury this season, we don't have issues in filling the position. Have to say, probably the most exciting time to be a Boro fan!

Nice to hear about that... Karpin's job is still on the line though. The team should be much higher on the table, and the only thing that kept him from being fired after our last defeat 2 weeks ago was that our club is in the middle of a civil war and a currently frozen change in ownership, so the owners could agree to approve firing him. The last 2 games have strengthened his position, but his job is still in danger.

Nice! Hopefully we do get a run like that, we are out of the relegation zone now, but that's obviously not enough and we need to start climbing up the table asap.
