yeah, but I normally like controversial figures
if they are honest, commited, respectful and don't slack, then they can do/say whatever they want
99% of what Mourinho says or does isn't harmful if you take it easy. Things like sticking his finger in Vilanova's eye, are wrong and I obviousy don't apporve... other things like jumping on Callejón to celebrate a goal, I'm totally ok with. As for his rants... he just says whatever he thinks will help his players the most, which is a manager's job after all... he just takes it further than most people dare (I persoanlly wouldn't go as far as he does sometimes, but that's what makes him special and has allowed him to reach glory in every team he's managed)
