of course not all of them will stay, but they will still keep making new players. With the money they make out whatever transfers they make (which will be overpriced since they don't need to sell players), they'll invest in improving even more their youth system (which is already one of the best in Europe). So, the team will probably not be able to reach it's full potential because a couple of the players will leave in the next 3-4 years, but I don't think their competition (Sevilla, Valencia, Atletico, etc) will be in a much better position.
The whole league is sort of pointless now that no one except the 2 will ever be able to challenge for the league title again.

they won't leave in the following 2-3 years in any case, by then we can't be 100% sure the situation will be the same, there's always the chance that a Sheik or something buys a random club and turns it into a City/Chelsea (hope not)

Isn't Malaga a sheik team already?
Besides even sheiks won't be able to attract players who know they don't stand a chance to win the title, I just can't see real and barca who spend £200m every season on transfers ever stop.

Barcelona has never spent that in one season. Don't mix your fellas City with Barcelona.
RM is stupid, we know, but nothing can compare to what EPL clubs are doing in terms of spending.
