Well I know Conte considers Quagliarella a prima punta and he wants a seconda punta, Quagliarella doesn't have much creating skills.
He isn't a classic number 10, I believe that is more what Juventus needs.
Rossi isn't a creator either but he is capable of it.

Juventus need a Giovinco/Cassano type, too bad Giovinco remains at Parma he would have been perfect.

Here is the dilemma:
4-2-4/4-4-2 is weak defensively with Pirlo. A left wing is needed meaning Marchisio is benched.

4-3-3:
Much stronger defensively with Marchisio and Vidal covering for Pirlo.
Quagliarella is not in Conte's plans for this, he lacks the creativity.

Even in a 4-4-2 I don't think Conte wants Quagliarella-Matri up top.

Either way, Conte must not be like Del Neri he has to be tactically flexible so hopefully he has the players to play both a 4-4-2 and a 4-3-3.
