With the golden boot is assist if tied. At the '94 World Cup Stoichkov tied with some russian and both shared the award, at 2010 World Cup there were 4 players tied but Muller took it since he had 2 more assists than the next one. It should be assists then but i doubt there will be such a tie considering that both Vardy & Aguero have way harder games than the current leader Kane, my bet is Kane will score a goal against Newcastle and take it clean, especially if Newcastle have already been relegated before the last game.

iirc pk goals are removed in case of draw.
