Goal differential will not determine the title, if City were to win out, and if(a big if) they only score 1 goal in those games their GD will be +10, like Andi said unless Liverpool score a minimum 11 in 2 games then title is ours.

Obv City can still drop points, and that's the only way Liverpool win the title now.
