I loved him as a player, but not sure about his managerial ability at all.

Even Guardiola was working with their B team before taking over and Giggs has no experience whatsoever bar the 4 games spell, where the team's shackles were supposed to be off after Moyes' reigns of incompetence, which hasn't gone great at all
