As far as I am aware he is in the last year of his contract isn't he? So he would be coming on a free if he comes at the end of the season. The fans have really been behind him coming here, we have a really developed team that is coming on nicely, and seems to (On paper) be candidates for promotion, getting him in to the premier league, with a well put together team. We have a manager that everyone seems to respect and seems to know what he is doing (Except regarding GK choices) so it may be why

The other team in question is Aston Villa... To be honest he would struggle as most to get in the team and just get rotated all the time. Here he would get first team football, and be able to compose himself in England first of all.
