IF rooney was only available for 1 hour, when Fifa 12 came out i took a huge loan and bought him for 1.3 million only.

now hes worth 3mill++

They were available for longer than 1 hour. Due to the fact that the web app was having huge problems at the launch they kept the TOTW 0 in together with the TOTW 1. You could get both teams from 21st to 28th of Sept. However as the official FIFA release was later most IFs came from the free packs - the reason they're that rare.
