I can see why he's snub Chelsea, look at how many young great CB we have lol... I think city would have been a good choice for him as well, but Liverpool he has the most chance of playing

Genuinely not a good player, especially if you're buying him for £50-£60m, you'd expect world's best for that amount and he's barely in the top 10 in the Prem.
