ridiculous, hummels has nothing "to prove" - he's widely recognised as one of the top centre backs in the world and he was a key player to our 2014 world cup win. funny how despite his "constant fuck ups" (it's not like boateng didn't have any - and considering your standards for hummels while he played for dortmund, actually a lot) he's still considered one of the top defenders of the league no matter who else is "in form" or playing the season of his life...

also, seeing how bayern is at least a step ahead of dortmund in terms of money and overall squad quality, i think the comparison is more than fair. not surprised you won't acknowledge it though since it would show you how ridiculous your statement was...

also, your evaluation seems to be based on the assumption that dortmund has no ambitions of challenging bayern for the title or make a deep run in champions league which is incredibly arrogant and ignorant but unfortunately not completely unexpected coming from a bayern fan...

typical for you, accusations based on something which i did not say
kinda funny considering that i explicitly said that dortmund will certainly not be worse next season and i tried to cheer our pessimist abumalek up
they will find proper replacement for sure

dont try to deny hummels mistakes btw, out of the top center backs i believe him to have the riskiest playstyle, which is a plus most of the time, but sometimes leads to a goal xd
boateng is one step ahead there

i am not trying to deny that hummels made mistakes (some based on his offensive and playmaking strengths, some just straight fuck ups), and i'm not saying that it was the same number as boateng, that would be foolish. however, the impossible standard you had for hummels all season long, the way you were literally trying to blame him for each and every little thing that went wrong in dortmund's defense was just ridiculous - and if you had the same standards for boateng (or any cb for that matter!), you would have to talk about "constant fuck ups", too...

also, i clearly stated that your evaluations "seem" to be based on the believe that dortmund doesn't have ambitions to attack the top - and considering your arguments that's far from a stretch.

but yeah sure, hummels is just unproven at the highest level and constantly fucks up, gündogan's quality doesn't matter because he was injured a lot in the past couple of years, and mkhitaryan, who had by far the most assists (20!) in this bundesliga season plus 11 goals, arguably player of the season in bundesliga... those players are easily replaceable with the money dortmund has... solid unbiased football knowledge on display right there...

well yes, in the few months he can play in the season
so dortmund was doing quite well without him most of the time
and hummels has to prove how massive he really is, his regular fuck ups really need to stop at bayern :p

losing boateng, alaba and my boy? i would not compare that with dortmunds losses tbh
these 3 are absolute pillars at the club and their skills are impossible to find elsewhere which i wouldnt say about the other 3 (IMO)

i dont see a reason for bvb fans to be hysterical, they will do just fine

I agree on gundogan not being the most important player due to his injurys but hummels and miktharayan are the hearth of the team
