I don't think Benitez is a good fit at all, y'all forgetting how defensive he is. You need an attack minded manager to get the best out of those players, i.e. Rodgers. Maybe I'm wrong though

Rogers pls. There was only one decent option and they didn't pick him.

Who can:

Motivate players
Play attacking football
Provide miracles
Provide quality championship experience.
Take media coverage from players onto himself.
Dish out a choking better than anyone in ufc.

You guessed it.

Pearson has been exposed as an under performer since raneri has came in and bossed the league with a club that finished one above the relegation zone last year

Hardly. We had the championship team mentality last season. It wasn't until we had to win when we started to, and that hot streak has followed into this season. All last season we didn't lose by more than 2 goals, which should show we were at the very least competitive.

Ranieri has changed very little. Still pearson's squad and pearson's tactics pretty much. Although I do like ranieri, I don't think he is the tactical messiah everyone is making him out to be.

For sure, but so does the experience of being in the league a year.

I'm really struggling to put my points into an argument people would understand, the biggest thing that cost us last year was loyalty. Take watford for example, this season they get promoted and ditched ALL of the championship players they didn't think would make it. Leicester kept all theirs, we had nugent konchesky de laet Polish Moore Knockaert wood etc etc regularly getting into the first team when they were great championship players but not really cut out for premier league.

As soon as we cleared out, got Kanté in, who is arguably the best defensive mid in the prem right now, Fuchs in at left back who is about 9000 times better than konchesky huth in to partner Morgan we instantly looked better everywhere on the pitch. Drinkwater improved massively under cambiasso...

I'm rambling, but hopefully some of it makes sense.

Possibly not. But I don't think we'd be near the bottom either.

Bias, probably, because I do like Pearson as a manager and he did what others couldn't in the championship. /shrug

I'd think Leicester would be a mid table team with him, he's a great manager but also has his weaknesses which are very visible

Newcastle United have sacked head coach Steve McClaren.

The former England boss won just six of 28 Premier League games in charge of the Magpies, who are just one place off the foot of the table.

McClaren and his team were booed off following Saturday's 3-1 loss to Bournemouth at St James' Park - their third successive league defeat.

Former Liverpool, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Inter Milan boss Rafael Benitez has been tipped to take over.

Rip McClaren you fucking donkey.
