Didnt Anelka had to escape the Bernabeu in the trunk of a car?!

Yeah, but it was his choice, not because he "had to escape".

He knew that fans were going to boo him if they saw him, so he decided to hide in the trunk so he could later claim that he felt his life was in danger and it was the only way out, so that he could pressure the club and force a transfer.

Anelka overrated? No.
Malouda underrated if anything

Anelka was at the time of his rm move one of the biggest prospect on football stage.
He failed to deliver pretty much everywhere he went. His chelki pelanty was so so so fun to watch tho. He acted like he simply did not give a flying fuck

Roberto Baggio overrated?! lol

he had a very hard knee injury witch took him 18 months to recover from it. after that he never were the same and was always knocked back from injuries again. This was the reasonthat he began to practice Buddhism

he was awesome and deserves respect, just watch the video and tell me hes overrated?

I dont get why van Persie isn't on this list. Yes he was truely talented but he had maybe two season. His last year at Arsenal (which didn't matter at all anyway) and his first at United.

That was mainly because of injuries tho.

Not exactly. At Feyenoord he was so much better than the rest but he never took it seriously. I can't tell when it happened at Arsenal exactly either but when he did become a professional he was injured quite a lot. Im pretty sure his injuries before his good years were due to lack of focus on his body though.

He was always made out of glass, his attitude changed at Arsenal after the rape case but overall he didn't peform except for those two seasons

I don't think Rooney or Gerrard are overrated at all. Nobody ever said Rooney was as good as Messi. He is in that 2nd tier of players and has been most of his career. Gerrard was really up there for 3-4 years too, no question.
