So you rate Pep who has only managed at Barca + Bayern in his whole career 2 clubs with pretty much unlimited budgets and already star studded sqauds joining bayern on the back of a cl victory..
But you dont rate mourinho who took Porto and Inter both total underdogs and won the cl with them ?
You are completely clueless
Already stated the fact that pep transformed barcelona completely from rijkaard era. While the 4-3-3 was always there, it evolved. Because of pep there are a few new positions on the pitch, new roles and shit.

Yet you consider Cruyff better? A guy who only managed one team and won 4 Ligas and 1 CL, out of which 3 Ligas were won on the last game week because the team that was leading the table choked against all odds allowing Barça to win the title, and the CL was won after a pretty inconsistent run which included a last minute qualifying goal after a horrible game in Kaiserlautern.
I don't see Cruyff was any less lucky than Mourinho tbh.
You must consider the circumstances. Cruiff brought light after a turbulent timeframe dominated by madrid through the state involvement in the club affairs.
In case you forgot

The advent of television created new propaganda possibilities for Franco. He could use football’s mass appeal to his advantage in an even bigger fashion than the one he had in mind initially. Games were broadcasted, especially when there were signs of a potential riot or another form of unrest, so that people kept off the roads. But only Real Madrid’s games were given this privilege. Up until the early 1980’s the government controlled TV broadcasting and only showed Real Madrid which meant that people all across Spain were forced to watch Los Blancos each weekend.
This all lasted till the late `80s, in the 90s, cruyiff work has been brilliant. We should not only look at achievements, but the context in which they were made possible. So, in terms of success, Cruyff work is Unmatched so far if you ask me.
