Willian is a very good player, if you judge him by the stats then you are missing the point. He tracks back very well and is a workhorse. He is a good dribbler, passer, and if given the opportunity to get forward, a good playmaker. All I'm gonna say is, there is a reason he benched Schurrle, and now benches Cuadrado. Of course chelsea11 is wrong too and vastly overrates his players, but by now you know that he can't critically analyse anything, or take a perspective from anything other than that of a Chelsea fan.

One reason; they don't defend and track back.

The secondary reason is that they don't do enough going forward to justify playing them, despite their defensive weaknesses. Hazard isn't the best at getting back all the time, but he still plays. So Willian is still a very good winger in his own right.

Would still take Schurrle going forward over Willain imo.

Yeah so would I, but I'm not Mourinho and I didn't win the league. I'm just saying that Willian is underrated and if you judge him by goals/assists alone then it is missing the point entirely.

Just like you rate Oscar more over De Bruyne

Yeaa, about that one.
Looking at this season I would much rather have de bruyne then oscar :/
Although I still like oscar, and feel he can be better than de bruyne.
