Before further embarassing yourself with the riches of what once was the british empire - wealth aquired through slavery and denying the most basic of the human rights to people around the world, i would recommend opening a book on history.
Native englishmen have evolved very little since the roman empire - that evolution being a direct result of multiculturalisation, yes, its the immigrants that worked their asses off towards your wellbeing.
Putting that aside and taking a short look into football, doesn't it amaze you that the most succesful english clubs are run by foreign entities ?
And they still don't manage to do it properly. It could be the fact that they require time, but it also could be the fact that the plain english fellow is uneducable. The roots of disaster lie within their own being.
