Idk were they not making like futuristic fully air conditioned stadiums or something ?

They would also need to invest in transport systems etc to bring their infrastructure up to a standard capable of hosting the WC

by "etc" i mean there is a hell of alot more to invest in but i cba list them ^^

I thought the whole air conditioned stadium idea along with the floating cloud bull shit was scrapped after they were told they could have the cup in winter? I know there's still alot to do but that seems a crazy amount of money.

this part of the wages is somewhat true. Arab countries particularly UAE, Qatar, Saudi etc are full of oil. 100 billion is pretty much spare change.
