UEFA really likes Balkan teams facing each other, spreading even more hate than usual.

The UK Home Nations and Faroe Islands aren't countries either. You don't need to be a country to be allowed to enter a national team, it depends on other stuff.



Well, considering the amount of balkan national teams, I can understand UEFA letting them face each other (or at least some of them).

What I don't understand is that they allow Serbia to play Albania considering that Albania can call up players from Kosovo, which is disputed between Serbia and Albania (and officially part of Serbia, at least for now).

Well, i think its okay that they are in the same group, but they should have choosen a neutral place to play the match, without fans ?

no away fans were allowed on a match, serbian police even threatened to arrest every man seen in belgrade today with albanian flag or crest

Then why i've seen a group of Albanians without shirts holding their flag and walking? wtf

Perhaps police were afraid if they would start arresting it would turn into a riot, something that was simply bound to happen.

Should have postponed the game off like Israel - Belgium (that was for a different reason)
