That's because you know little to nothing about football. In a balanced game, the dribble ability means beating your direct opponent and draw another 1-2 out of position, creating space in the opposition defence by making defenders leave their assigned position. Also means keeping the ball when pressed into tigher space.

Any team should have at least a guy who can do that.
