I love doing the challenges.

Much prefer playing lower league teams like Eastleigh (Conference south) and playing over 6-10 seasons to get them in the CL haha... Also allows you a lot more control over your team at that level.

it s very hard to get to premier divison before sacked , played 2 time , get from last league ( 7 th i think ) to championship and get sacked in like 10-11 seassons .
when i get there they start to build me new stadium , and my finance were so fucking bad that i cant sign any player that seasson . so it was imposible to do aything without money and with credit .

Don't think I've ever been sacked in FM, not even when I started playing back in FM11.

Been playing the Fm15 beta now for like 15 hours straight lol. Interface seems slightly worse but damn I love the new 3d match engine. If you watch the FM trailer you can see they got to use those outfits from Creative Assembly for more realistic 3d movement and it looks great so far.

Started with Sunday league exp and zero coaching qualifications. Got a job at Santos FC in the South African first division, left them about 3-4 months in for Chippa Utd in the South African Premier division. So far so good.
