From whats posted in this thread I'd say no goal.

This technology would have been tested SOOOOO much it's hard to believe it would make errors.

The person who posted about the world cup goal, it was some muppet operating it and didn't know which part of the video to play. Was pretty much confirmed but can't find the article about it. -_-

I think that was just a glitch for what they showed on TV though. I believe they actually reviewed the right moment when deciding whether a goal or not.
