It's impossible to say until the transfer window closes, but wight now I believe that:

Man City will probably win it again.

I don't think Man Utd will win it this season, but they should qualify for the CL and end the season in good shape... I can see them winning the title in 2 years' time.

Chelsea will dissapoint imo.

I don't think Spurs look as bad as people think... they could surprise everyone and finish 3rd or 4th.

Not too sure about Arsenal. Alexis is a good signing, but overall I don't think they much better than last season... this yeasr Man Utd and Spurs will step up, so they'll have to do their best to continue in the top 4.

Liverpool won't be as good now that they'll be playing twice a week, and they have also lost Suárez... they'll finish in the EL zone imo.
