Cafu's pretty good, but there's been lots more better right backs than Lahm.

Let's make a list, I've got so far -

1. Neville
2. Cafu
3. Maicon

Neville was in the united lineup cuz of his friendship with david beckham.

No real skill.

Chances of Germany winning the Euros are high compared to other countries but still low when you take into account the amount of other teams competing. Lahm will be 32 then, and Germany have lots of quality players that deserve a chance. They'll be fine

they have shitty full backs though and no real strikers, which makes lahms retirement a sad, sad, truly sad news.

Agreed, but he is thinking about his own career and longevity as a club footballer, not about the strength of the German team.

They've still got 2 years to find a decent full back

quality player, one of the most consistent players of all time.
thanks for everything in the n11

and for that discussion about germany and no chance of winning the EC
in 2 years we'll hopefully be able to field all our players
then the only competitor for us will be spain

This German arrogance is becoming insufferable...I know you guys are known for being arrogant anyway, but this is just another level :hail:
