As a matter of fact, I haven't heard of any Argentinian media complaining. It's just typical German whining and the mentality of trying to find something bad in everything.
That song is sung for years in German stadiums now and nothing but a harmless tease. If people are affronted by that, they just have no clue about how football works, this sport is a competition.
Also, why not ban "We are the champions" if such lyrics are so disrespectful? "No time for losers" really doesn't sound any better to me
The argentinian media did complain. Olé, which is the argentinian equivalent of MARCA, Gazzetta dello Sport, As, etc. was absolutely seething. Also, in the comments of the video you linked there are many people that are pissed off about it.
But like I said, the issue isn't that the fans were singing that (because whenever a team wins there will always be fans that mock the defeated team in some way), it's the fact that the players did it that was seen as inappropriate and disrespectful.
