pen was awarded and luiz was last man back and had it covered. yellow was perfect result.

but this whole tournament has had some of the worst officiating I've seen across the board

imho the foul on neymar still ain't a red card
even a booking is questionable (since in that case he wanted to prevent the counterattack I'd definitely hand a booking though)
